Scope: Ministering, engaging and converting Abortion Minded calls into appointments

Collaboration: Director of Client Outreach and Director of Client Services

Hours: Variable to need 

Company Provided items: Work Phone – Work Laptop

Required for the Position: New Hire must have access to a High-Speed Network. A quiet office space to take calls without interruptions and background noise.

General: Help formalize, develop, plan and execute and manage a client outreach call center, with the direction and supervision of Global Project Manager and President. Ability to quickly re-direct, book and a convert client calls in to an appointment. Ability to intuitively connect to a client to engage her into coming into a CPC near her and receive counsel. Manage scheduling platforms and call. Speak to churches and recruit hotline volunteers to help answer Abortion Minded phone calls. Communicate to local centers as necessitated by every occurring circumstance that may arise outside of normal routine. Ability to train and teach phone call and re-direction procedures to volunteers recruited. Effectively, and efficiently manage phone calls from 3 Cluster Regions in 2019, starting with Florida, DC area, Texas (Launching one region per quarter).

Qualifications:

  1. Agreement with and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Principle. With a strong desire to serve Jesus Christ in a position of intercession and administration both.   
  2. Intercession before God on behalf of all facets of ministry. Fidelity to a biblical, evangelical growing lifestyle. 100% pro-life. 
  3. Maturity in Spiritual Warfare, and deep love for The Gospel
  4. Knowledge in non-profit operation, preferably in the non-profit space.
  5. Experience with re-directing Abortion Minded clients, required.
  6. Ability to handle high stressor phone calls, and calmly re-direct client, intuitively identify effective communication pathway to book an appointment
  7. Able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
  8. Confidence in speaking to clients, fellow workers in Crisis Pregnancy space and Directors
  9. Ability and experience in volunteer acquisition, training and retention
  10. Experience in church engagement for volunteer acquisition
  11. Adaptability and flexibility to change
  12. Ability to work effectively with a team
  13. Ability to anticipate both program needs, and client’s urgent need
  14. Desire to manage both program and people
  15. Experience in Microsoft office suite
  16. Proven analytical and organization skills to ensure data and programmatic integrity.
  17. Ability to anticipate program needs, and calculate risks when dealing with clients and center operations

Daily Intercession and Administration of both internal and external communications as pertaining to Pre-Born’s Prayer Furnace

Status: FTE 40 Hours/Week

Character Qualities: A life lived in prayer and presence before the Lord. Purity of personal life and devotional life. Sound Biblical Doctrine and has a deep call and heart for prayer and intercession. Strives for Christ’s righteousness in daily walk with Jesus Christ. Integrity, orderliness, diligence, perseverance, dedication, speed, accuracy, attention to detail, driven initiator, conscientiousness, pro-activity, timeliness, structure and organization, time management, adaptability, teachable. Lives a life of fasting.

General: Help formalize, develop, plan and execute a Ministry Wide Prayer Furnace, with the direction and supervision of Global Project Manager and President. Daily intercession before the Lord which includes, increasing the presence of the ministry before the Lord and ministering unto Him. Adoring Jesus through prayer, praise and worship. Offering prayer of thanksgiving and prayers of humility before the Lord. Praying the Word of the Lord, as with declaration of God’s Word and the power of God’s names and attributes over the ministry and it’s affairs. Prophetically interceding, watching and listening for the Word, warnings of the Lord. Intercession that is involves supplication of ministry specific prayer requests and needs, people’s supplication, leadership covering and intercessory warfare.

Qualifications:

  3. Able to develop communication content regarding prayer in a devotional, exhorting capacity.
  4. Maturity in spiritual warfare, love for the gospel of Jesus Christ.  
  5. Lives a fasted life.
  6. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience/degree.
  7. Significant experience in Microsoft Office suite, exceptional verbal and written communication.
  8. Ability to lead people into prayer and the presence of the Lord, and to help lead people into prayer and intercessory worship and warfare.
  9. Able to discern things of the Spirit according to and in line with the Word of God.
  10. Effectively work with different team members with varying degrees of expertise and experiences.
  11. Ability to engage and recruit people to pray for the ministry.
  12. Ability to lead those people into a life of prayer, worship and fasting.
  13. Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines and to work efficiently on a team while having strong self-management skills.
  14. Adaptability and flexibility to different organizations’ and management requirements, ability to travel.
  15. Ability to minister to donor-based prayer partners, encourage, equip and exhort them in prayer.

Duties:

  1. Must have high speed Wi-Fi connection to support multiple internet and telecommunication platforms.
  2. Responsible to answer phones with a friendly, courteous, compassionate voice.
  3. Responsible for booking appointments to various center locations.
  4. Ability and willingness to redirect conversation in order to give necessary information to the client so she will see her need to go to the center first.
  5. Ability to encourage and influence abortion determined clients, helping her/him see the need to get a pre-screening ultrasound first before termination.
  6. Responsible for tagging the Call Rail system with appropriate labels for data purposes.
  7. Responsible for reporting to the Director of Client Services all problem or difficult calls or texts.
  8. Ability to discern and recognize risks and do a safe hand off to the local clinic as necessary.
  9. Maintain logs of calls and appointments in real time
  10. Provide statistics and reports monthly for client calls, appointment booked (call, text, email)
  11. Communicate with centers as follow up to all appointments booked and outcomes
